LIVE TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) LICENSE AGREEMENT

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the TrendyStock.com Live service ("Service"). Please read them carefully. This Service is provided to customers of TrendyStock.com who have permission to open and maintain an account.

1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
To register for the service, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form, including email address (username) and password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TrendyStock.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. The Terms of Service may be changed without any intimation to you.
